Kāinga Update: Rereatukahia Mou with WBOPDC

Collaboration with WBOPDC on content of MOU has begun. Now working with community leaders Hone and Anne on options for both text of agreement and the identification of priority areas for each party. There are now monthly meetings between Rereatukahia chair and the council. Progress of the MOU, and development of content is an agenda item.
